Where I spend most of my time
Different tools. Same objective. Help the business become easier to find, easier to choose and better at turning opportunities into customers.

Lead Generation
Creating more opportunities while fixing the leaks that quietly lose enquiries after they arrive.

CRM & Automation
Building follow-up, pipelines, nurturing and workflows so repetitive jobs don't depend on somebody remembering to do them.

Marketing Strategy
Connecting the audience, positioning, offer, channels and customer journey so there is an actual strategy behind the activity.

Google Ads
Capturing high-intent search demand and making sure the campaign, landing page and follow-up actually work together.

Meta Ads
Using creative, messaging and targeting to create demand before someone necessarily starts searching for you.

SEO
Making businesses easier to find when customers are actively searching for their products, services or expertise.

You can’t sell a secret.
The best product doesn’t automatically win. People have to know you exist first. Then they need a reason to trust you. Then the business needs to make it easy for them to take the next step. Marketing gets considerably more useful once you stop thinking about individual channels and start thinking about that entire process.
Marketing works better when the pieces actually talk to each other.
Running an ad is easy. Building a system that gets someone’s attention, gives them a reason to care, captures the enquiry, follows them up and gives the business a genuine chance of making the sale is the harder part. That’s the part I’m interested in. I tend to look at the entire customer journey rather than treating Google, Meta, SEO, websites and CRM as completely separate things.
1
Be Found
Search, advertising and content bring the right people to a business that's actually visible.
2
Be Chosen
Positioning, proof and a clear offer give someone a reason to pick this business over another.
3
Follow Through
CRM, follow-up and automation make sure the opportunity doesn't quietly disappear.
Good marketing should leave evidence.
Campaigns. Websites. Leads. Systems. Automation. Better conversion. Whatever the project, something should actually change.
I’ve spent more than a decade inside other people’s businesses.
That’s probably the biggest reason I look at marketing differently. I’ve seen what happens after the ad gets clicked, watched leads disappear because nobody replied, and seen good businesses stay invisible because customers couldn’t find them.

And I’ve seen companies spend more money trying to solve a problem that wasn’t actually an advertising problem. My work now sits somewhere between marketing, strategy, technology and business systems.
Watch me explain it instead.
Marketing, business, systems and whatever else I’ve decided to have an opinion on that week.

Things I’m seeing, testing and thinking about.
Marketing, business, technology and the occasional opinion I probably could have kept to myself.

Need someone to look at the whole picture?
If you’re trying to grow and you’re not sure whether the problem is traffic, positioning, conversion, follow-up or the system connecting everything, that’s usually a useful place to start.
